Open Minded People: Tend to be more positive.Responds well to criticism and uses it as a learning tool to improve. When they ‘fail’ they will try again and learn from the experience.
Closed Minded People: Tend to be more negative. Are afraid of criticism (therefore are likely to not take critique well which can hinder improvement). Do not like trying and ‘failing’ as they see it as just that, a ‘failure’. The need to be perfect and avoid criticism can stop them trying completely.
